Delete your CHRONOGOL account

You can delete your CHRONOGOL account and all data attached to it at any time. It is free, and you do not need to give a reason.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your stats, records, coins and cosmetic items cannot be restored afterwards, and your username is released for anyone else to take. There is no undo and no grace period.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open CHRONOGOL.
  2. On the home screen, tap ⚙️ Options.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm twice. Your account is gone the moment you confirm.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send us an email from the email address you registered with — that is how we confirm the account is yours.

Include your username if you remember it. We will delete the account and reply to confirm within 30 days (usually much sooner). We will not ask you for your password — never send it to us or to anyone else.

What gets deleted

Your challenges and match history
Your friendships
Your community memberships 		Nothing that identifies you.

Communities you created are not destroyed: ownership passes to the longest-standing remaining member, so the group survives without you. A community is only deleted if you were its last member.

Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are fully purged within 30 days.
