This policy explains what data the CHRONOGOL mobile game collects, why, and what you can do about it. CHRONOGOL is published by AI LIBERTY LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States ("we", "us").

Your device language is read on your device to choose the app's language. It is not sent to us or stored.
To keep CHRONOGOL free, we show ads through Google AdMob. Ads are limited: a full-screen ad may appear when you leave a solo match (with a frequency cap), and you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn coins. There are no banners.
AdMob uses your device's advertising identifier to serve ads and measure them. We request non-personalized ads and set the content rating to "General audiences" (the app is rated for everyone). You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android). AdMob's handling of this data is governed by Google's policy.
You can optionally buy coin packs. The purchase and payment are processed by Google Play Billing; we only receive a confirmation token that lets us credit your coins. We never see or store your card, bank or billing details. Buying coins is never required to play.

We do not sell or share your personal information for our own purposes, and we have never done so.
Your username, your game statistics (wins, losses, draws, quits) and any cosmetic items you equip (title, emblem, card frame) are public inside the game: in rankings, on your player profile, and to opponents you are matched against. Your email address is never shown to other players.
Until you delete your account. When you do, your profile, stats, coins, cosmetics, challenges, friendships and community memberships are deleted immediately and permanently. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis within 30 days.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data. Write to hello@ailibertyllc.com and we will answer within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the rights granted by the CCPA/CPRA — note that we do not sell or share personal information.
CHRONOGOL is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, write to hello@ailibertyllc.com and we will delete it.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are hashed. Database access is restricted by row-level security, and changes to your profile and stats can only be made by the server's own validated routines — not by a modified client. Purchases are validated server-side before any coins are granted.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
